  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge hourly for most general repairs but I don have base prices for fan installation, tv mounting and wiring/electrical. Mostly, I’m open to pricing and willing to work out an a deal to get your work done.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will discuss your needs, scheduling and price through messaging or phone call. I will the. I will follow up to confirm the time the day before the scheduled date then show up and get to work.
