- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by sq ft. and/or additional if additional work is required before painting the floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to me, I will give them an estimated quote. I ask to do an in person viewing of the floors/concrete to see the condition and to take measurements. Once the customer agrees to a quote I ask for $200 deposit fee to hold the date and get them on my schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well over 13 years experience working with concrete coatings companies in Arizona. Worked in a major project in Texas in the Dallas Cowboys Training stadium doing a Metallic Finish on all hallways. I have done well over 600 homes Garage Floor Coating. Several restaurants kitchen floors and a bunch more barbecue grill counter tops and kitchens. I have received training from Mining facilities on safety and proper application of Epoxy products.
