Where do I start... Well, the house we bought needed some major, MAJOR cleaning. Garage was a mess (don't think it was ever cleaned). But thank God for Rene, owner of Sun Valley Concrete Coating (SVCC) and his crew, for turning my garage from unclean to clean. Rene and his team did a phenomenal job in one day. I connected with Rene through #Thumbtack and he reached out to me right away. He was very courteous and professional. He told me he would in the area next day so we met up. He brought samples of the different colors I can choose from. He didn't rush me or push me in what to do. He showed me some sample work on his phone and decided to go with "saddle blue" with grey paint. I decided to go with Rene because for a few more dollars, he used polyaspartic vs epoxy. Rene told me to research the differences (and glad I did). Rene and the crew arrived on time at 7am. They sanded the whole area, used the blower to get debris out, prepped the concrete, rolled the paint, spread the chips/speckles, and laid the polyaspartic coat. They were done before 230pm. As you can see in the pictures, it looks good and feels good. By the way, notice in the pictures they even did the edges (no extra charge). This was a great investment. I'm getting the patio done in couple of weeks. I can't wait to get my gym going and use the garage for all kinds of stuff. I highly recommend using Rene and SVCC team. Sun Valley was great to work with from beginning to end. Rene even made a sample board of the coating color I wanted so I could make sure if my choice. Rene and his team were very professional, respectful of my time, and theirs, and made certain I was satisfied with their work. Rene even came back and worked on my patio floor to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. I love my garage and patio floor covering and would invite anyone to come see them if considering Sun Valley for their next home project.
