We have a condo 1722 sq ft. Two story with portion of the wall and fire place starting on the first floor to the ceiling. Rodney was a pleasure to work with. The quaility of his work was fantastic. Was true to his word regarding estimate and time frame. He did everything possible to ensure I was happy with the job. His crew was excellent taking all the necessary steps to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company !

After having the tenant removed from my rental, I found it needed painting. Alvord Construction’s bid was the best bid. He put in two new door facings and painted my house quickly and on the date promised. The house now looks really great. I am very satisfied with his work. In fact, I have already recommended him to another person who has rentals.

Right from the start, Rod came out same day to see the property and replied with a very reasonable quote. He got straight to work with his talented construction team of experts and I am thus far quite pleased with the quality of their work. He has even abliged a couple of small projects tossed into the overall package deal of repainting the whole house so I am very impressed with the attention to detail and the degree of helpfulness. Great job Rod/Alvord team!
