- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for the value we provide. The quality of our work shows in our warranty. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors requires (and most painters provide) a 2-year warranty. We provide a 7-year warranty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact with the customer and schedule a time for our estimator to complete a visual inspection of the property. This normally occurs within 2 business days of contact. The customer receives both email and text confirming the appointment. On the appointment day the estimator will arrive ON TIME, introduce himself (Todd), complete a physical inspection of the property and type of your proposal on the spot. He will then review the proposal with you and email the digital copy of the proposal. This entire process normally takes one hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing that relates to work... however I am a commerical and instrument rated pilot and serve with the Civil Air Patrol as a Search & Rescue Mission Pilot.
