FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of our core values is Transparency, especially when it comes to pricing, because who likes surprises? We also offer $51 thumbtack discounts for one-time services as well discounts on rodent services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A wise therapist once said every great relationship starts with solid communication, and we lean into that philosophy heavily. Once you send a request to us we will give you a call typically within minutes, we will chat about your issue and get a basic idea of what you're dealing with. At this point we will schedule either an inspection or a treatment. You'll love to hear we have a no pressure sales policy and don't require you to sign your life away with a contract for any of our services, ew.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over a decade licensed by the department of agriculture to deal with Arizona pests of all kinds, especially the Arizona Bark Scorpion. I was mentored and trained by retired Arizona state agriculture inspector and aquatic pesticide expert Mike Francis. I learned in detail about the chemicals we use and the pests we encounter every day out in the field, as well as their biology and habits/behaviours. After many years in the industry I decided to further my education & licensing and went back to get my QA license which is required to own a licensed pest control business in our beautiful state. This license requires 3,000 hours of provable field experience with a licensed provider, In addition I am required by the state of Arizona to submit 12 recorded hours of continued education every single year so you can have peace of mind knowing you've hired an expert who takes safety seriously. We're also bonded and insured 😎
