FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing, but always willing to discuss with client depending on what is needed. I noticed that people are afraid to ask questions regarding pricing and time. ALWAYS ASK!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a meeting or phone call to discuss a plan. 2. If needed, go to the clients home and assess closet and wardrobe/clean and reorganize so new items fit in nicely. 3. I keep a spreadsheet with all info on client and map out plan on what to purchase and budget. 4. Schedule a day for shopping. The client will walk into a dressing room ready with clothes. There is no time wasted! I do all the work. 5. Any and all questions, clients can contact me at anytime. Whether for wardrobe or swimwear. 6. There is no extra charge for questions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was cleaning my closet and decided to create bikinis out of t-shirts. I started a company from scratch not knowing anything about the industry and ran with the idea! Wardrobe consulting was always something I did on an exclusive level since 2001. I didn't offer my services publicly until 2013. Making women feel better in what they wore to compliment them personally.
