Introduction: I take care of properties for owners who need assistance in renting the units and also preparing them to be rent ready. I do all the maintenance, cleaning, painting, drywall, and whatever needs to be done to get the place rented with good-paying, long-term residents. My business is great because I save owner's money, and I'm cheaper than any other contractor. I do not call other painters, plumbers, etc., I can do it all. I can do any job for the lowest price around and get it done in a timely manner. I can even do the classs C & D apartments that need a total remodeling.
