Quick to respond and excellent communication. Contacted them on a Wednesday and Matt was at my house the next day. AC was working pretty good to be honest, but I was in need of a maintenance/tune-up. Glad I did and glad I chose this company because I needed a new part! He was straight forward and honest and pleasant to talk with…and even encouraged me to watch what he was doing so I could learn more about my unit. Thanks for the amazing service! Our AC went out late Saturday night. Schuyler responded by phone call and text message within minutes of me reaching out on Sunday morning. She set up the appointment for Andrew to come over, diagnose the issue, and make the repair—-all within an hour and a half! Desertsky ac came and fixed my AC quickly. Matthew told me the problem and fixed it. Very professional. Explained a new unit was needed in the future as mine is in the 50 year old range. High-quality, friendly, and affordable HVAC service. My unit was making a bunch of noise when the heating came on and Desert Sky was able to fit me in, diagnose the issue, and make the repairs straight away. Matthew’s explanations were clear and pricing was fully transparent. He made sure I understood my options before any work was done. We are very reasonable! I don’t have tons of overhead. So my price is where it should be, I’ll blow most people out of the way!
