Brandon actually arrived 10 minutes early despite the pouring rain. He was friendly and ultra professional, giving me options for the garage door that i needed fixed. He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently not leaving until it worked a few times. Could not have asked for a better exerience with a polite and experienced repairman! Great exerience!

Steven from Garage Depot did the job of replacing a broken spring, adding a second spring, a torsion bearing very quickly. My garage door works well. Garage Depot arrived within an hour of the time I submitted a request for help. The garage was repaired within an hour. Great job, Steven.
The price quoted before work started was $750. After the work was completed, I was first told my bill would be $837. I asked about the increase. Steven brought the price down to $800.

Just used Brandon from Rain City Garage Doors to install a new garage door opener. He is as nice, knowledgeable and professional as a person could be. He came as soon as my new opener was delivered, arrived EXACTLY on time, and he did a fantastic job… even helped me with something that had nothing to do with the new opener. I can't say enough about Brandon. He was terrific.
