Charlie came in to fix the door on Sunday and he was very transparent and fast. They did a great job and Ill be working with them if theres ever any other issues.Revision: Charlie is great, but I had to revise my review after I talked to other specialists and vendors. The four-stars is for the quality of the work. I dock one star for the price. After the fact, I realize that Sun City is really highly priced. They were willing to discount me to 999 after quoting something like 1200. Then Charlie said that it costs $69 for an extra remote, and then 169 to repair the rollers. It turns out rollers are rollers. The new garage door opener and the installation of it cost a total of 1237+. Also, as I read the contract, it costs $25 per repair if you want to exercise your warranty, a fine print that was not discussed. I don't want to be a sticker because Charlie did a great job, honestly top of the line work and very fast, but I think the customer should be aware of the prices and fine print.

Had Charlie out here on Sunday to fix our garage door that quit that day. He explained what was going on in great detail and a great prices and even helped us out with a new remote so I didnt have to buy online and wait for it to show up. Would highly recommend him as well as his company to anyone
