- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on providing quality work at a fair price while keeping projects realistic and transparent. Because we own equipment and self-perform a large portion of the work, we’re often able to keep costs lower than companies that subcontract everything out. We provide detailed pricing upfront and work with customers to adjust scope or material selections to fit their budget whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call to understand the project goals, budget, and timeline. From there we schedule an on-site meeting to walk the property, take measurements, and discuss design ideas. After that we provide a detailed estimate and go over options that make the most sense for the customer’s vision and budget. Once approved, we handle scheduling, permits if needed, material coordination, construction, inspections, and final walkthroughs while keeping communication open throughout the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, excavation, grading, landscaping, and residential remodeling. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Global Management which has helped me build strong project management and customer communication skills. Our company stays up to date with Arizona building requirements, permitting processes, and construction standards to ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently.
