- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the industry average. Talking to me is absolutely free to plan your project, and we offer free estimates to all potential customers. Additionally, refer us to a friend or family member and get a discount at the final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Property Visit: We set up a visit to the property to walk through the project and gather all the necessary details for an accurate estimate. Onboarding & Documentation: Once you're ready to move forward, we set a start date, purchase all required project materials, and sign the formal estimate. Project Execution: Work begins on-site as scheduled. Ongoing Communication: Throughout the build, we maintain a feedback loop. Whether it’s a client reaching out to Duros or vice versa, we stay in touch regarding any concerns or requested changes. Completion: The project is finished to your satisfaction and paid in full.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the remodeling industry, raised by a family of builders where I learned the trade from the ground up. I have spent years immersed in every stage of the process—from initial demolition to the final finishes. This lifelong, hands-on training, combined with my professional State of Arizona Contractor License (ROC 344434), ensures that I have the deep-rooted expertise and technical knowledge to handle any project with the highest level of craftsmanship.
