- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always make sure that we can break everything done for the customer to see everything that they are paying for. We make sure that not everything is charged separately, this causes the price to go up for now reason. If we are able to combine certain things together to help pricing, we will!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is the most important, this is when we get as much information on the project as possible. We try to make sure that we go over all questions in regard to the project. Knowing what the customer wants and making sure we get a clear picture, so we are both on the same page to move forward is very important! Our first meetings are almost always at least an hour long for remodels to make sure that we go over everything thoroughly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing our work for more than 5 years, most of everything that we do in remodels or carpentry is just from practice and years of experience. We are always learning new ways to do things and new ideas to make thing better and giving a better look for the customer.
