I had spoken with a handful of contractors before discovering Modern Remodel, all of whom quoted extravagant prices and almost none of whom were open to thoroughly researched recommendations regarding the process (and did not appear to be interested in doing much research themselves). Cooper went above and beyond, doing his own digging into the different procedures and materials of proper studio soundproofing, and was able to utilize both his and my notes during construction--the result was a spacious, comfortable, and dead-silent studio of outtanding quality that's earned praise from Disney / Marvel, Warner Bros., Ford, and a whole slew of other big names in the industry. In a nutshell, Cooper and his team were not only incredibly professional, but also extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and all around great people (Coop is our go to guy for everything we need done in the house).
