Narsay was professional, punctual, and was precise in his project coordination. He was able to get a tile guy, electrician, plumber, and drywall guy all to work in perfect order to get the job done cleanly and quickly. The crew was respectful of my house and honest. I had to give them full access to my house while I was at work and nothing ever went missing or was used without my permission. (They never even touched something as small as the thermostat). The entire job was done quickly and well. The tile guy was amazing. His lines and cuts are as good as I've seen. Narsay was communicative and proactive in identifying the best way to make the changes I wanted. I had 3 bids for this project and Narsay was the most positive and enthusiastic of the three. He was genuinely excited and confident about this project. He followed through and made good on his word. There were no surprises or additional costs. Adam G. says, "Cooper did an absolutely phenomenal job with a highly complex specialty construction project for me: converting a detached third car garage into a free-standing, self-contained broadcast quality professional recording studio. I had spoken with a handful of contractors before discovering Modern Remodel, all of whom quoted extravagant prices and almost none of whom were open to thoroughly researched recommendations regarding the process (and did not appear to be interested in doing much research themselves). Cooper went above and beyond, doing his own digging into the different procedures and materials of proper studio soundproofing, and was able to utilize both his and my notes during construction--the result was a spacious, comfortable, and dead-silent studio of outtanding quality that's earned praise from Disney / Marvel, Warner Bros., Ford, and a whole slew of other big names in the industry. In a nutshell, Cooper and his team were not only incredibly professional, but also extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and all around great people (Coop is our go to guy for everything we need done in the house). And to top it all of, his price was considerably better than any of the other quotes I got--but even if it wasn't, I'd say these guys are worth every penny and then some."See more

While we originally were going with another company, we changed our minds after spending more time with Van and are very happy with our decision.We had a three-phase project: new pool and backyard landscaping, addition, and complete remodel of existing home. Landscaping included patio and pavilion pavers, artificial turf, and built-in grill. Addition included new bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, and gym.
