Andrew was incredible from start to finish! This was a challenging job and he took it on with confidence and even assisted me with the design decisions and product selection. He was thorough and clean and completed the job in 2 days time. I am so pleased with the work and recommend his services to anyone; you’d be lucky to work with him. He completed the tile floor to ceiling (14ft high) and custom mantle! Every detail was perfection.

Andrew's reputation precedes him, I knew his work years prior to meeting him, I introduced Andrew to My Clients, many occasions Andrew took my calls and promptly helped My Clients as they needed repairs and renovations. He gave one of My Clients a spectacular kitchen reno and took mould out of another Clients home, amongst various other projects. I have always found Andrew very professional, responsive and punctual. My own home was smashed by extraordinary hail, I phoned Andrew on a weekend, he calmed my stress. I hired Andrew to upgrade the exterior of My Home. I enjoyed the experience! I have new upgraded shingles, James Hardie Siding, eves troughs and downspouts, replaced deck boards, garage door repaired and painted, front door painted and the interior of my garage painted! Attention to detail during the quote and planning process was top service! A large project seemed well planned and ran smooth throughout. I am thrilled with the outcome of our project, the workmanship and quality is far better than it was and now high-end, greatly increasing the value of My Home! Andrew was thoughtful in ways I have not seen other Contractors with suggestions, attention to detail and care cleaning up. He vacuumed my yard with a shop vac ensuring all fine siding pieces were cleaned up! Professionally and Personally, I have had great experiences with Andrew Sands and absolutely would hire him again! Andrew has been a lifesaver for us during our remodel! He has completed numerous tasks of all varieties in our home and casita, some of which include install of luxury vinyl plank flooring, install and painting of baseboards, doors and casing, tile repair, custom standing desk and a custom pantry.
