One good thing about him , he is open for suggestions. He just started in the construction so obviously he is missing a lot of knowledge on construction. He would be great for Handyman Jobs but needs a lot of learning before doing remodeling jobs. One thing I didn’t like is he tried to charge me a service fees whereas we never agreed or talked about a service fees.
