Adrian came out and spent time troubleshooting and tracking down why we lost power in all outlets in our living room. He was able to track down the bad outlet, replaced it and now everything is back to working. He was fast, efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Adrian responded almost immediately and was at my house in about an hour. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (a bad outlet with scorched wires that could have been really dangerous). We are very satisfied.
