Bobby did a great job on everything I asked him to do. He hung pictures, mirrors, put up hooks in garage, worked on doors that were sticking, and built shelves in a closet. He is dependable, punctual and does quality work. I will definitely hire him again to do more handyman jobs.

I hired Bobby-P to assemble a cat tree, a large patio furniture set, and four additional patio chairs for my fire pit. He arrived on time, got to work immediately, and did an excellent job assembling everything in the time he promised. In addition the price was so reasonable and he is so personable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and I am up front and honest. For general projects my rate for labor is $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour for each subsequent hour within the same day. for other projects that are more specific it will be on a case-by-case basis for labor. If you think my price is not right or fair then we can discuss it, and if we cannot work it out then I will understand and no hard feelings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
treat them like I want a customer for life because that's just good business sense, and I do!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I honestly have no formal training I've been doing this for a long time and have taught myself through trial and error
