Kevin was incredibly nice, flexible, and compassionate on my project of moving my elderly parent from Alaska to Arizona! I thought I was gonna be able to use this company. I knew what the hourly rate was, and I knew I had many little projects that needed to be done and while the hourly rate was a little steep, I was willing to pay it, but then I found out that there’s a $50 trip fee. That’s a bit steep for me as I’m on a fixed income, newly divorced, and I’m disabled. However, they were responsive and did communicate well and I appreciate that in a company. I wish we could have worked something out. Because there would’ve been more jobs in the future.
