Chuck reached out to me the same day I submitted my request for a pro. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. He arrived promptly we discussed what needed to be done, and to my surprise offered a solution I never considered. My patio posts are steel, one was rusted rusted near the bottom and had dropped about 2 inches. He suggested cutting off the damaged section back to good steel and welding new stock to replace old rusted out stuff. The price was good to me and since the other three post were in very good condition to leave them alone. He came back on Friday and performed magic, took out the old put in the new and primed it. As a bonus he also replaced a dead GCFI outlet on the patio. The weld job is so good, once painted I will not be able to tell it was ever repaired. Extremely nice and reliable person to work with, Thank you Chuck!
