- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered to all military and veterans. Additional discounts for all USMC members. Proof of military service may be required for discount(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gain full insight into the job(s) needed by providing fast communication’s/responses; On time arrivals; Professional and friendly introduction and overview discussion with customers; Provide materials for repairs; Complete work; Provide the customer with finished result and provide any clarification of work; Follow up with customer 2-4 days after job completion to ensure they are satisfied.

15+ years of experience working as an Apartment Maintenance Technician has allowed me to fine tune my skills in general home repairs, appliance installation, sheet rock repair, painting, and overall general home help.
