- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $30 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours, our estimate is free, and we prefer to go to the job site to give you a better estimate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical approach is to jump on the phone to get a clear understanding of your project, what you expect as well as what days and times work best for you. After a phone call we often like to perform a site survey in order to make sure we have all the right tools and supplies to complete your project quickly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned numerous businesses throughout my career and have learned many carpentry skills necessary to complete installations. I am now enjoying helping my son learn to grow this business and teaching him customer service as well as project and task management.
