I had a fantastic experience with North Valley Handyman & Remodel. I had a TV mounted, picture hung, and retractable baby gate installed.
Communication was open and transparent around timing and pricing.
Pricing was fair and accurate. I was as detailed as possible regarding the work to be done and really felt his pricing was reflective of the effort, time, experience, and drive out to my home.
Timing worked well with my schedule. We were both flexible and kept communication open around finalizing arrival time.
The level of professionalism was very refreshing and reassuring. I am less than three weeks postpartum and so my home is a little chaotic. Extra care was put into the work needed in the nursery (mounting a TV and hanging a large picture). Furniture was covered and all remnants of work were vacuumed up.
I will definitely be reaching out to North Valley Handyman & Remodel for future needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Most jobs begin with our standard $125 service call, which includes travel, diagnosis, and the first hour of labor for many small tasks. Larger projects are quoted upfront before work begins, and we'll always discuss pricing before getting started. We never recommend unnecessary repairs and always strive to provide the best value possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. Give us a call or send a text with a description of your project, your approximate location, and, if possible, a few photos. Photos help us understand the job and often allow us to provide an estimate before we arrive. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, complete the work professionally, clean up after ourselves, and make sure you're happy before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home maintenance, backed by a background working on homes from small repairs to major renovations. My focus is on doing the job correctly, safely, and with attention to detail—not just getting it done quickly.
