- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base rate of $120 (plus materials). I do not up charge materials I provide them at cost. The initial 100 gives you 1.5 hours of labor and any additional time spend after that is $50/ hr. I plan on every job taking a minimum of 1.5 hours that way I can ensure quality work and a quality experience for all of my customers. I do not like to rush a job and be unapproachable to my customers. My goal is to provide great work and a great experience. Rates for large project remodels or “trade “ specific jobs vary. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a small task to build a good trusting working relationship. I prefer to come and see the project at hand and be able to give an accurate quote with no hidden fees.

Worked for a contractor and remodeled homes
