- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes materials, prep, and labor. Unless specialty materials are required for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have engaged with a new customer we set a time to go look at the project and give an estimate. During the estimate we ensure that the customer explains everything they want so that we can accurately give them a quote to make there dreams a reality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing construction over 7 years ago I started working with a general contractor who only worked on high end homes in the Scottsdale area. I just recently branched off onto my own.
