Introduction

My focus is to provide my customers with with quality work and a positive experience while projecting a friendly attitude. I learned basic repairs and the usage of various tools from my grandfather and those are some of my fondest memories. I have been doing repairs and general home maintenance since 2019 several years and it has transpired into a full time endeavor. Many of my clients are getting up in years and just need someone to come in and take care of the lists of smaller jobs that need done to keep the home in good order. I have done a good number of tasks including brick laying, basic electrical and plumbing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim and moulding, tile work, framing, welding and more

I found Steven Alexander through the Thumbtack app, which I was using for the first time. Initially, I hired him to install a lazy Susan, but he was also kind enough to repair some molding around my door during the same visit. Steven communicated promptly with me before our 8:00 a.m. appointment, answering my questions clearly. Although he was detained and arrived about 30 minutes late, he notified me right away, and I appreciated his transparency. He worked at my home from 8:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. and completed both projects efficiently and with good craftsmanship. I was charged for two hours. I had already planned to tip generously—$40 for what would have been one hour of work—so paying $120 total felt fair, and I had no issue with the two-hour minimum charge. Steven was professional, courteous, and easy to have in my home. I would definitely consider hiring him again for future projects

Steven did an excellent job of replacing a double vanity, even though it didn’t fit perfectly, he was able to adjust the plumbing, the mirrors, and the light fixtures a bit to make it work. It looks fantastic.
