Transparency is paramount. We don't have hidden fees and try to stay competitive, while offering value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are key, especially in such a saturated market. It's important to be transparent with everything from time tables, to scope of work and, of course, pricing. Equally important is making the client understand that it's their vision and I'm just the agency to bring it to life. Egos need to remain at the door, especially when coming into a person's home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coming from a family that's been in home services and doing quite a bit of service calls as a teenager, it was a natural progression towards independent service.
