Our service call is $79, which covers the diagnostic and visit. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward the total cost. Our pricing is always upfront with no hidden fees. We also provide discounts for repeat customers and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the issue over the phone or online to understand the problem. Then we schedule a convenient appointment, perform a full diagnostic, and explain the repair options clearly. Once you approve, we complete the repair efficiently and test the appliance to ensure it’s working properly.

Our technicians are factory-trained and certified with years of hands-on experience in appliance diagnostics and repair. We regularly update our training to stay current with the latest technology from brands like Sub-Zero, GE Monogram, KitchenAid, Viking, and Dacor.
