- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear, flat per-item pricing — no vague hourly guessing. Most single-item assemblies start at a $125 minimum service call; larger or two-person jobs (big playsets, sheds, gym equipment) start at $199. Send us the item (a photo or product link is perfect) and we'll give you a firm quote fast, usually within minutes. Optional add-ons like hauling in from the curb, delivery/pickup, or taking apart an old piece are quoted up front — never surprise fees on the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You send the item(s) and your zip — a link or photo helps most. 2) We reply fast (often within minutes, any time of day) with a clear flat price and the soonest date, usually 1–2 days out. 3) We show up on time, assemble it right, make sure it's level and sturdy, and clean up the boxes and packaging before we leave. That's it.

Years of hands-on assembly across furniture, fitness equipment, and outdoor playsets — thousands of pieces of flat-pack and kit hardware. We know the common brands, the tricky manufacturers, and how to make a build actually sturdy instead of just "done."
