Hire them if you don't care if the job gets done or not, because they definitely don't care. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. I sent them pictures of my bathroom floor which had 4-5 vinyl planks that needed to be replaced. That was the whole job. They were also floating, not even glued down. They quoted me $200, I took off a whole day of work, the guy shows up, tells me how he's going to fix it, then he sends me to home depot to buy the flooring. I know nothing about flooring which is why I hired them. So while I'm there I'm texting him hoping he'll guide me a little on what to get. He never responds. I get back home, I let him know I'm back, he doesn't respond. 2 hours pass, I'm texting, calling, I get nothing. So I messaged the owner, the original person I made the appointment with and she tells me the guy said he didn't know how to fix it so he just left. Not a note, a text , a phone call, nothing! I took off a whole day of work for this which was not paid, I don't have pto, plus he sent me to buy flooring that idk what to do with. The owner said the guy that knows how to do this kind of flooring is on vacation and she'll see if he will fix it when he gets back. I still was polite and said ok please get back to me and let me know. I never heard another word from anyone. It's really sad the way I was treated and I don't know what the real reason is because the job was easy. Anyways, just thought I'd leave this review so nobody else has to go through this.
