I will recommend HGM Services to anyone! I messaged Hector and told him of a situation that occurred, leaving me with half of my carpet installed, and I needed the carpet done that day. He messaged me back within 20 minutes and was able to schedule within a few hours. I was nervous due to the situation that had just occurred, but I read all the great reviews and decided to take the chance. So glad I did! Hectors son Kevin came and did a fantastic job of installing the carpet. He was very personable and professional. Beautiful job done quickly! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. OMG! What a fantastic job! Great customer service, friendly and efficient. Hector called or texted to let us know the status of the installation. He texted day of install to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Left the area clean and free of debris. I will hire him again any day. If you need carpet or other type of flooring call him, you won’t be disappointed.
