Erich was very responsive when contacted. He spent the amount of time necessary to resolve my issue. Made sure everything worked perfectly when he left. Also educated me about my system, how it operates and future upgrade options. I would use him again. He was also punctual and very responsive, but I couldn't mark those items above.
