- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a $75 service call is charged for all scheduled appointments. This includes diagnostics, trip fee, and labor. Additional mileage charges may apply for calls outside our normal service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our knowledgeable technicians fully diagnose your problem. They will explain in full detail what will need to happen to make the repair. If we are unable to make the repair the same day as our initial service call we will provide a detailed quote outlining the total in detail. Parts, labor, and installation are based on each individual job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Spa strives to provide the best above ground hot tub repair and service in Arizona. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and quality product. Our technicians are factory trains to repair Artesian Spas, Dynasty Spas, Watkins Wellness, Cal-Spa. We are also the Warranty Service provider for these manufactures.
