I have no complaints. I can’t personally speak for the quality of the work, because I live in a different state than the property cleaned, but if her work quality matches her responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality then I am extremely happy. The price charged was well under what I expected, so that is a plus too. Overall, I have nothing but positive comments. I would recommend The Clean Hut for all your cleaning projects

Organizing was not a strong suite. Things mainly got moved around but not organized. Cleaning the floor with baby wipes, not good. All the floors were still dirty and gritty. She broke up the appointment from two 8 hour days which she quoted a seen, into 3 four hour days but two hours of the first day was just chatting. The doors, walls, windows, and glass shower were unclean and she didn’t bring all the supplies she needed. I appreciated that she was a nice person and paid the agreed price of $450. However, she’s much more gifted in gabbing than organizing or cleaning. It should have cost half at most for what I received. Other items agreed to were not completed. She did attempt to go above and beyond by hanging curtains and installing the paper towel holder and coat rack... which I believed to be a part of the organizing service. Other items weren’t completed. She just shoved things in drawers and behind the couch. I’m way too nice and still paid in full without complaint. However I wanted to share my honest review. I now hired another cleaner to do the deep cleaning again for another $300 less than a week later.
