We greatly appreciate your feedback! Your designated cleaner also provided us feedback. We understand you were running 30 minutes behind, which led to items still being left around the home during your cleaner's pre-inspection. Your cleaner arrived promptly at 9am. We expect all necessary items to be removed for a 'move-out cleaning' to ensure areas are not forgotten while waiting for items to be removed. Additionally, we do not encourage our cleaners to use pumice stones and/or other excessively abrasive cleaning products on toilets and/or other areas to avoid causing damage. Our cleaners are held to a very high standard and are required to perform inspections before, during and after to ensure all client needs have been met, in which they were per your approval before your cleaner left.
