- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a flare rate for the first 3 hours (for the month of December only) and quote is estimated based on how many hours it will take to complete service. Minimum is 3 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are free to call to obtain a quote or go on to our website to request a quote for a service. Once an estimate/quote is obtained, customer can book services. Communication between customers and our company is vital and we will make sure we are in constant communication with you prior, during, and after the service so we can answer all your questions and provide all details at your convenience.
