Absolutely the worst concept of cleaning ever! You would think that if they have been in business as long as they have said, they would know for a 2700 ft house what services they would provide in a 2 hour time frame and train their personnel to do the work in the required time or they stay to finish it . But instead, they have you prioritize what's important to you and if their cleaners don't finish in the 2 hours slot,you are left with 3 bedrooms not vacuumed and the whole kitchen not cleaned with a horrible mop job. In all my other experiences with other companies, they were able to clean my house, all rooms included, kitchen, fans, blinds, vacuum, baseboards and even empty trash in a 2 hour period. Not to mention, I called twice and sent 2 emails to ask for a later appointment because I run a preschool in the morning, Never answered me and their workers showed up at 11:45 when I tried to request after 3:00PM. Wouldn't recommend this company at all!
