- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the size and condition of the home. I never add surprise fees. If a home needs extra time because of heavy buildup, I let the customer know beforehand. Recurring customers always receive discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions about the home and what areas matter most to the customer. Once we confirm the details, I schedule the cleaning, send a reminder, and keep communication clear so everything feels easy and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team is trained in sanitation, proper chemical use, safe surface care, short-term rental cleaning standards, and efficient home detailing. Every cleaner I work with is experienced and vetted.
