- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fowler Cleaning Services customizes each job to our client's needs. Pricing is based on square footage, number of rooms needing to be cleaned and number of people in a residence. If there is an area a customer wants us to focus on we are happy to include that as part of sour cleaning checklist. We offer discounts for routine services - 15% discount for weekly cleaning and 10% discount for bi-monthly services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fowler Cleaning Services wants to ensure each customer gets exactly what they want and need out of their cleaning appointment. When a customer reaches out to us, we have a certain set of questions we ask to get a detailed understanding of what the client's cleaning needs are - How many square feet does your home have? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Is there any area that needs special attention like dusting or deep cleaning or an appliance? Once we know what the client is needing to be completed, we prepare a free quote and schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of restaurant experience which has taught us how to deep clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms. We also learned valuable customer service skills which are essential to running a successful business.
