I just bought a house and moved in. They did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning out the previous owner's dogs' hair! The floors look new, windows great and zero dust on the ceiling fans, shelves and tables !

The workers were on time, efficient, friendly, and worked with me to make sure the things I most wanted done were covered in the allotted time. I called to use the service because our regular cleaning person had surgery and can't work for a while. I would love to have the Maid Right team come back but it would be too expensive. We're used to paying one person !$100 every other week, and this visit cost $200. Granted, it was 3 people, but they stayed for an hour and 40 min. and our person works for about 4 hours. Per person per hour, Maid Right is a better deal but I can't pay $400 per month for cleaning.

I really like this company. It makes me feel good that they are all part owners in the company. I think because of that they really work for their brand. I was worried about how I would feel about people that I didnt know in my house but I am totally comfortable with them. I also liked that Serena contacted me and came out herself. I called other companies and got a call center that was not local and was really out of touch because of how big the were.

I personally would not rehire them. I was looking for a one time deep clean and I don't believe that the main spots that needed deep cleaning got tackled. I believe they did clean but the things that were already pretty clean. Not all baseboards and Windows and doors were done which is what I was looking for someone to get all those gross corners that I haven't been able to get to since I've had a baby. They did instead wipe counters and such which I do daily. I am a person who pays a lot of attention to detail and I believe that Maid Right isn't for me because of that. They never picked up and wiped underneath anything only around, which to me isn't a deep clean. They also gave me a window of 30 min when they would be arriving and they were about 20 min late, which to me isn't professional especially because I had to keep contacting them to see when they were going to come not the other way around letting me know they were gonna be late. So to me that's unprofessional, so for that they charged me 2 hours and stayed an extra 15 minutes. Lastly from all the other quotes I received this was the most expensive one, I chose it because I thought if they were the most expensive it was because they do a thorough job and would be able to get all the things I needed done. But that was not the case.

Its not complicated. Call us and we can give you a price over the phone or schedule a free in-home estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a time to come and see the home we will be cleaning, determine the customers cleaning needs, develop a customized cleaning plan for them and set up a date and time preference for the cleaing. After that we send the maids out to get started on the first clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have college degrees, and have worked in business, sales, marketing for many years. Several have had their own cleaning companies or have worked as home or commercial cleaners themselves.. That experience makes them a valuable asset for not only the company but our customers as well. They can walk into a home and give clear concise analysis of the customers cleaning needs.
