- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do hourly jobs or flat rates for our clients. We do not accept cash for the safety of our cleaners and clients. We accept all major credit or debit cards as well as PayPal Venmo or Cash App.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We do quite over phone by size of home and type cleaning that is required. 2. Then we book appointment for day service is requested. 3. Next we send a confirmation text or email to confirm appointment. 4. Once confirmed we show up bring supplies and payment is due after services rendered and receipt is given :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do training every 3 months on techniques and new cleaning materials that come out and eco friendly materials for all our clients.
