- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat hourly rate for two cleaners. If your aren’t sure about hourly work, feel free to contact us for a fixed. We do offer various discounts so just ask! We provide estimates based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask some questions and provide a same day estimate. We want to truly understand what you’re looking for in a cleaning service, whether it’s only one time or if you want a recurring service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We used to live in Puerto Rico and we worked in the hospitality industry, hotels specifically. We worked in housekeeping and attendants and supervisors for hotel brands like Marriott and smaller world renowned boutique hotels also. After coming to Arizona in 2017, we continued to work in roles as Housekeeping manager for Marriott and then we actually branched out into residential cleaning in 2018. Now we are combining our experience into Pink Pineapple Cleaning.
