Thank you Allie and team (Clay and Mason). I loved the redesign of my fireplace and the refresh for my living room areas. I went from boring beige to a living room and formal room that are just beautiful and peaceful to be in. The color palette, furniture layout, and lighting were perfect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full-service design firm and provide customary quotes. We do have hourly rate options; however, standard pricing is a flat service fee broken into stages of the project.
In-person site visits are ~$200 before signing a contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will set up a complimentary phone call to discuss your needs in more detail. I will follow up with a proposal and estimate for your review. At this stage, it is best to gather any design inspiration, dimensions, layouts, and other details needed so I can best prepare to assist. Next, we can schedule a time for a site visit, unless you prefer to work virtually.
