- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the free design consultation and presenting the furniture or accessory package, we will also have our fees based on project scale for the client to decide to move forward with us. We are unique in giving the whole package to our clients to purchase directly, passing off savings to them vs marking everything up like other designers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation and design presentation to understand the existing space(s) and show what the new space(s) can look. This includes the entire package and pricing so the client understands our overall suggested design and how much it could cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us have degrees in Interior Design and have been working in the field since 2014.
