Have used Big Blue Alliance 3 times in the past (twice for pick-up and delivery of a washer & dryer set) and once for pick-up & delivery of a large landscaping plant (which other services turned down). Yosef & Bianca are the ultimate in friendly, honest, professional & dependable. I highly recommend them and their services. Very responsive & efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with. They are courteous & respectful- old school customer service. You won’t be disappointed. Hands down the best team for moving items, junk removal and pick up & delivery of items. You can count on Big Blue Alliance to do it right! Thrilled with their service and would not hesitate to use them again. Simply the best!

The guys were reasonably priced and were 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. They were professional, wrapped everything, and placed the furniture exactly where I asked.

These people are amazing and very kind... love their customer service. They helped us move all of our belongings from an apartment in tempe to our new house in Mesa. They were thorough, hardworking and efficient. We are definitely planning on using them again for another project and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional services. They get a 10 out of 10 from us. 🙌
