Nolan was prompt and came through even though not all the pictures were showing on the app. Which is an issue to begin with, although probably not their issue - maybe Thumbtack is responsible. He did quote me $150 more than the most expensive other estimate, but because he could do the job that day I sucked it up and engaged his services. Two very concerning things happened that leaves me begging anyone else not to hire their services. 1. Items were taken from the house packed that should have at the least asked if it was to be removed. 2. Two mattresses that were to be disposed of were found in the alley next to the house!! We are sorry you are not satisfied with our work that day, and I know with more communication we could have worked this out. First the pictures we saw were only for the back yard, and it was the whole house. because the people were evicted . We gave you a new quote and you accepted. We worked there all day. You left the site and said everything has to go. When you came back and asked where your caulking and screwdriver were I found it and knew which bag it was in. Second, although we had a huge load we were already loading in the alley and on the way in saw about 5 mattresses in that alley. All of our load including mattresses were taken to the dixieletta dump the next am, because it was closed by the time we got done with job that day. I am sorry we could not have been told the problems you felt at the time so we could have worked this out with you.

We want the customer to discuss the job with us so we always agree about the price, and are always willing to listen to the customers request.

We will usually set up a appointment to meet them and look at the job they would like us to do, and sit down and talk with them for a little while to let the customer feel comfortable with us. We also let them know we can work with them on special requests and work times if there is a conflict we will always work with them to solve it so they receive the best possible service.
