FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based primarily on how much trailer space your items use. Curbside pickup starts at $99, and full-service removal starts at $149. Standard load pricing starts at $299 for approximately ¼ trailer, $449 for ½ trailer, $579 for ¾ trailer, and $699 for a full trailer. These starting prices apply to accepted, ordinary nonhazardous junk under normal access and loading conditions. Heavy or dense materials, stairs, long carries, disassembly, special disposal requirements, additional labor, or additional loads may change the price. Send photos for a provisional estimate. We confirm the final scope and price before loading begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, send photos and a short description of what needs to be removed, where the items are located, and any stairs or access concerns. I review the job, ask any necessary questions, and provide a provisional estimate. Once the scope, equipment, and availability are confirmed, we schedule the service. Requested dates are preferences until I confirm them. When I arrive, I verify the actual volume and conditions and confirm the final price before anything is loaded. After approval, I remove the agreed items, haul them away, and complete a basic cleanup of the cleared area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served six years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including responsibilities involving operations, planning, equipment accountability, preparation, and safety. That experience taught me to communicate clearly, arrive prepared, handle equipment responsibly, and follow through on commitments. I apply those same standards to every removal job, along with careful attention to accepted materials, safe loading, property access, and responsible disposal.
