What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based primarily on how much space your items use in our hauling trailer. For Thumbtack estimates, approximately half a pickup-truck load starts at $229, one pickup load at $259, two pickup loads at $349, and three pickup loads at $429.
The “four or more pickup loads” category is open-ended, so photos are required to determine the estimated price. As a general guide, approximately four pickup loads starts at $529, five pickup loads at $659, and six pickup loads (or up to one full trailer) at $699. Larger jobs requiring additional trailer loads are quoted separately.
These prices apply to accepted, ordinary nonhazardous junk under normal access and loading conditions. Heavy or dense materials, stairs, long carries, disassembly, special disposal requirements, extended labor, unusual access, or additional loads may affect the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, send photos and a short description of what needs to be removed, where the items are located, and any stairs or access concerns. I review the job, ask any necessary questions, and provide a provisional estimate.
Once the scope, equipment, and availability are confirmed, we schedule the service. Requested dates are preferences until I confirm them. When I arrive, I verify the actual volume and conditions and confirm the final price before anything is loaded. After approval, I remove the agreed items, haul them away, and complete a basic cleanup of the cleared area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served six years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including responsibilities involving operations, planning, equipment accountability, preparation, and safety. That experience taught me to communicate clearly, arrive prepared, handle equipment responsibly, and follow through on commitments.
I apply those same standards to every removal job, along with careful attention to accepted materials, safe loading, property access, and responsible disposal.
