I asked for quotes from three different people for complete renovation of our front yard , from lawn and brick , to rock and landscaped plants.I found Natasha and Jeff s quote to be within our scope. I have to say how Happy I am with the whole experience. They finished the whole project in days and it looks spectacular. Natasha provided a ton of different plant and design options , and after installed , left plant food and instructions and a warranty that is was just unbeatable. They did an amazing job replacing the whole drip system/with misters and even replaced broken pvc . Natasha went the xtra mile and diagnosed my dying bushes in the back with a fungus , and gave expert advice on waiting to plant some grass until its gone . Jeff also offered to reprogram our water timer ! If you are lucky enough to secure their services , you will not regret it . Thank you again !

Natasha and her partner came out to my house to supply an estimate for front yard landscaping. I received the anticipated quote in good timing via text. Natasha stated that she had emailed a mock up but I did not receive it. I gave Natasha a verbal approval to do the work however, next morning I changed my mind. I had submitted this job out to bid with 2 other contractors prior to this contractor's bid and chose one of the others to do the work based upon their reputation and work experience. I just did not feel confident about taking a chance with them based on their rating and experience level. Within an hour I recd a text asking for a $75 estimating fee. I have gone back to look at this pros profile and nowhere can find any indication of a client getting stuck with a $75 estimating fee on a job not hired by them. I screenshotted Natasha on the $0/on-site estimate that was listed on the profile as well as info on their physical estimate and could not find the estimation fee documented anywhere. I would not have had them come out had I known this. I feel like they could have communicated this to me when they were at my property conversing with me and would have been able to collect it then. All things considered, unfront clear comms is always appreciated.

They were a no-show had a 10:00 AM appointment which communicated they would be here at 12:30 instead and never showed up. Never communicated with me again after I communicated several times throughout the day.

Our pricing is based per job. We do offer payment plans and options. Just let us know if you are going to need a payment option custom to your situation. We will need to know this information during your onsite estimate.

We will do an onsite estimate. We will go over budget options and then set a date when to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certificate for irrigation from HUNTER. I am currently updating my landscape and interior design certificates at NYIA
