- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the time, preparation, and personalized care given to each session and service. Payment is due at the time of booking. Because your time is reserved specifically for you, missed or late cancellations may result in a fee. All sales are generally final, but if any issue arises, I’m always happy to work with you to resolve it with care and clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an intake and assessment to understand your needs, goals, and current challenges. From there, I guide you through my ARI Method: Awareness – understanding what’s really going on Realignment – shifting patterns and communication Integration – applying lasting, meaningful change
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and am a Certified Pre-Marital Counselor, Certified Christian Life Coach, and Certified Relationship Coach. My training and experience allow me to support individuals and couples through communication challenges, relationship growth, and life transitions with both structure and compassion.
